The large flat-screen TV and reliable Wi-Fi connection made it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. I hesitated to take a shower due to the dirty floor and side of the tub.

Quirky and Unique Stay with Friendly Service
I loved the retro vibe of the room, which was quite spacious and comfortable. I slept well on the sturdy bed. The furnishings gave it a nostalgic feel, and I appreciated the large flat-screen TV and the reliable Wi-Fi connection. However, I wish the breakfast experience was more convenient, as it requires a trip across the Interstate to a restaurant.

this place touts free breakfast but instead serves frozen meals that could’ve been from the 90’s. my room smelled like an ashtray, and there was a disgusting burn hole on the bedspread. i thought i might be upgraded, but apparently that's only for special guests! almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. what a joke.

The nearby restaurant served phenomenal smoked meats. I couldn't resist adding some french toast to my breakfast. The retro vibe of the room was charming and took me back in time, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, perfect for planning my next culinary adventure.
The A/C-fan wouldn't work for me. I had to stand on a chair to fiddle with it. Plus, the door didn't lock well. I could see through the gap that the deadbolt didn’t reach the door frame, although everything still shined in its quirky way.

pleasant stay but breakfast needs improvement
The king room was quite spacious and had retro furnishings that added character. The manager and the cleaning lady were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially when we had a minor issue with our key. Additionally, the nearby restaurant that served breakfast offered a delightful variety, which enhanced the overall experience.
The breakfast setup required a trip across the Interstate, which was less than convenient.

Recommend it for families
I checked in for a short stay to shop for rental housing, but this place had so much charm that I felt at home. The owner Jeffery was such a highlight, like a loving grandfather, sharing stories that transported me back in time, making it an unforgettable experience.
It wasn’t inexpensive , but I still thought it was worth it.
